Are some rapes less serious than others? Apparently so according to the Sentencing Guidelines Council, headed by Britains most senior judge. Proposals include taking account of ‘intimacy’ before the act. i.e. heavy petting means your asking for it, again. (sigh, shakes head disparingly)

I really do think it is spousal immunity through the back door.

Yes, it makes me not want to do any sex, if doing it once implies a degree of consent on all or any future occasions with that same person.

I don’t think they said why it was difficult, did they?
